Making marshmallows was certainly quite a bizarre experience, seeing as i'd grown up just buying them. I never even considered that I might one day be able to make them! I have to say, after a first attempt, I was pretty happy with how they turned out, although I have to say, they are perhaps a little on the large side :)
No, Not too large at all!. Wish I had seen this earlier - I would have put in an order in time for the ECM staff retreat!!
